By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post
any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening,
or otherwise violative of any laws.

Links
1. Most links are
acceptable; those that are informational or reference. Prohibited links are
links that are not useful in the thread, posted for shameless self-promotion, or
selling of products. These will be deleted immediately. Repeat offenders will be
censored. We tend to err on the side of caution to protect the integrity of the
forum by reducing commercialized posts and spam.
2. Posts relating to
illegal activities are strictly forbidden. Requests for cracks, warez, IMEI
changers, hacks, etc. will be promptly deleted.
3. Any content that is
unlawful, harmful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, hateful or
distasteful in nature are prohibited. Excessive swearing is prohibited as we
have a wide age range. This site employs a profanity filter. Please use
appropriate language. Character substitutions, spacing, spelling variations or
any form of modified spelling in order to get the word to pass through the
filter is absolutely prohibited. Continued threats against a member, moderator
or administrator will NOT be tolerated. If you disagree with another member,
respond to the subject, not the person as the Internet has made it easy to make
personal attacks, you must still exercise courtesy and self-restraint here.
Please use the PM (Private Messaging) system to resolve personal
issues.
4. Email posts are discouraged. Instead, change your profile to
"show email." This will protect your email address from spiders crawling the web
looking to collect email accounts. Only registered users will be able view your
email.
5. The forums are not a venue for advertisements in any way. It
will be the sole discretion of mobilespin.net forums and its moderators as to
what constitutes an advertisement. Any form of advertising or soliciting members
or commerical website linking (excluding signatures of current mobilespin.net
forums advertisers) whether publicly posted (including signatures) or sent
privately (including email or PM) is strictly prohibited. This also includes,
but is not limited to advertising with the intent to 'help people', or to
provide 'free' products or services (e.g. 'free unlocking' posts), or links
containing a referral or affiliate ID. While the forum is free for you to use,
it is costly and time consuming for us to run so spam makes it harder to fund
the forums. If you wish to advertise please use our contact form
first.
6. Signing up a user name that is an obvious domain name or
product name will be removed. This is out of unfair promotion considerations as
well as trademark implications.
7. Links to adult content, pages with
links to adult content, near adult content (including model and swimsuit sites),
or messages describing anything against the law will be removed as soon as
possible. Any discussions of those are off topic.
Posting Guidelines
8. As the forum is intended for a wide age group, any content including
pictures or links to pictures must not be considered r or x-rated. What is
considered overly sexual or potentially offensive will be determined at our
discretion.
9. Duplicate topics will be deleted. Please search for
previous topics on your questions before you post.
10. Do not post in
ALL CAPS please.
11. Post in English please. This forum is an English
forum, so the majority of our users only speak English.
12. Because your
posting may be more pertinent to another on going discussion, or it might spawn
its own thread, it may be moved as mobilespin.net forums sees fit.
13.
Be descriptive, specific, and succinct in your postings. This way your opinion
and point is clearly understood and referenced. Remember, people from all over
the world read here with English as a second language.
14. Please stay
within the topic area of the forum you are posting a message in, and within any
topic that another poster may have started.
Ettiquite
15. Always
be respectful of other users, the forum, and the moderators. We put the system
online in good faith; please use it in good faith.
16. Please keep your
language clean and decent. This includes personal inflammatory language as well
as obscenities.
17. Personal exposure. Any posting of another member’s
personal details or web site details without permission will be banned.
18. This forum is not a venue for personal or private vendettas. Keep
your personal business as just that - personal. This forum is not a venue for
the resolution of personal disputes with members or companies.
19. Since
this is interactive, and everyone who participates in mobilespin.net forums
Forums is "in it together", please treat others the way you wish to be treated.
One way to guard against misunderstandings is to read over your response before
you post it. Flaming: flaming or personal attacks are not allowed or tolerated.

23. You certify that you are 13 years of
age or over. All those individuals under 13 years of age will need a full
release form from their parents before posting any messages. This is in
compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA).
24. You are responsible for your own posts and agree not to hold
