*A Soliloquy* Name: Uriah Life... is nothing that you expect it to be. And when you finally think
you have a good plan, and you have all those little ducks in a row, No. Life has other things in mind.
Now while I believe that there is no fate but what we make for ourselves... There are a number of
uncontrollable factors in life that have to be accounted for. So make our plans, best that we may, they
might not exactly work out that way in the end. The vast majority of people in life are not worth a
damn second of time. So when you find those few that are, and who stick by you through thick and thin,
Do your best to honor their friendship. Honor. Something that like Love, seldom exists in the world any
longer. The world is only full of selfishness and despair but for the few. And it is up to us to keep
wiping the mud off of our faces and not allow Honor to die. They say that everything happens for a
reason. It's something I used to shrug off as being said by those not experiencing what I am. But rather
than things happening for a reason, they happen because they happen. Decisions we have made somewhere
along the way, led us to that moment. The most profoundly important thing is that something is learned
from every situation, good or bad. Become stronger from your losses. Use that new knowledge to better
yourself and make it further down the hellish path we all take. As cheesy as it sounds, I am a hopeless
romantic. There is nothing greater in life than someone who truly loves you. I can't say I've known true
love yet, but I long to find it... Love is putting the well-being and happiness of another before your
own in all situations. They come first. When you do that, that is real love. I love listening to and
playing music. And writing poetry. Both are so important to my life, and incredibly inspiring. Every
memory I have in my life, is accompanied by a song, or a melody. Often when I hear that melody again
later on, it reminds me of where I was and what I have experienced associated it with. Fin.
